Please follow pre-care information carefully before the attendance of your booking on the pre-care highlight. Access to the property requires stairs and unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. On street parking avail. Please do not attend your appointment more than 5 minutes early as there is no waiting space. Attending your appointment any more than 15 mins late will result in a cancellation and will result in last minute cancellation charge of 100% of your booking fee.
