Lipo (ultrasound) Cavitation is a non surgical, non invasive technology that utilizes ultrasonic waves that penetrate through the epidermis which break down and eliminate fat cells to liquify and be released through the lymphatic system. Unlike liposuction, the idea of noninvasive laser Lipo is not to remove fat cells, but to shrink them. 
During your session pads equipped with laser diodes will be placed directly onto the skin. The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells and creates tiny holes in their membranes. This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, and water into body and than shrink, resulting in lost inches.
