My personal yoga practice is Ashtanga, however in classes I will draw on both Ashtanga and Hatha styles. Sports massage therapy service available for participants of all sports, or for the general wear and tear of life! With a personal background in rock climbing and running, I understand the importance of enabling better engagement with, and enjoyment from, your sport.
