The lymphatic system is a crucial part of your immune system. Through a network of hundreds of lymph nodes, it drains fluid called lymph to be transported back into your bloodstream. It also removes bodily waste and carries white blood cells that help prevent infection.
When there’s any kind of obstruction in your lymphatic system, fluid can start to build up. That’s where lymphatic drainage — a specialized type of massage therapy — comes in.
Traditionally, it’s been used to treat lymphedema, a condition marked by chronic swelling that can occur after lymph node removal.

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Cranial Sacral therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions. It’s thought that through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It's often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. Swedish massage often involves rubbing, kneading, stroking and tapping your muscles.

Prenatal massage is a specialized type of massage therapy designed for pregnant women. It focuses on providing comfort, relaxation, and relief from common pregnancy discomforts such as: 
Back pain, Leg cramps, Swelling in the ankles and feet, Joint pain, and Stress and anxiety. 
Prenatal massage techniques are gentle and adapted to the unique needs of pregnant women.

Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized type of massage therapy that focuses on treating pain by targeting trigger points in muscles and tendons, aiming to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system issues by addressing nerve compression, circulation problems, and postural imbalances, often using techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques to release tension and improve function; essentially, it works to address the root causes of pain by manipulating both the muscular and nervous systems.

Neuromuscular Therapy 

Myo-Fascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myo-fascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.

Through the use of deep penetrating, heated stones, with chilled stones, to bring about a chemical release within the body's systems.  Cool Stones, interrupt  the pain spasm sequence, reducing swelling and inflammation.  Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm  and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Thai Massage, is an ancient energy-based healing system that combines acupressure, reflexology, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the receiver, is fully relaxed and breathing deeply. This traditional healing practice,  is done with the client wearing loose comfortable clothing.  This table version delivers beautiful and long lasting results.

Thai Massage 

Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body using the thumbs, fingers, palms, or elbows. The word "shiatsu" translates to "finger pressure" in Japanese.

Ampuku is a traditional Chinese abdominal massage technique that uses palpation to treat abdominal issues. It's based on the idea that the mind and body are connected through energy paths, with the center of vital energy being the Hara. 
Ampuku can help with a variety of issues, including: 
digestive problems, colon irritation, swelling, endometriosis, lack of energy, bloating, urinary issues, liver disorders, diabetes, and constipation.
Ampuku can also help with weight loss, as it's useful for people with slow metabolic processes.

Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a Taoist abdominal massage, that focuses on detoxifying and balancing internal organs. The name translates to "working the energy of the innermost organs". Included massage, acupressure, and energy work to release blockages in the abdomen and improve energy flow. The aim is to remove physical and emotional blockages that can constrict chi, or life energy, and lead to physical ailments.
