Microneedling is also known as collagen induction therapy and is a minimally invasive procedure for your skin. A skin pen containing multiple thin needles are used to make tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin which causes little to no bleeding- the minor damage stimulates the skin’s healing process prompting it to produce more collagen and elastin; these proteins keep skin firm and smooth.
