Myofascial release therapy as a hands-on technique used to manage my facial pain. “Myo”means muscle, and  “fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body.  During MFR therapy the focus is not specifically on your muscles, the focus is on releasing tension in your facial tissues.

Normally, fascia is flexible and stretchy. But it’s strong. It provides structural support to your body and protects your muscles. BEAUTIFUL BACK 

Dermaplaning is a safe, straightforward procedure that exfoliates the outer layers of the skin and removes unwanted vellus hair. 

Includes full consultation & skin analysis prior to treatment.  Your facial includes a gentle cleanse to remove surface impurities and make-up and also to help regulate the PH levels in the skin.  Once the skin is prepped the dermaplane exfoliation is carried out.  Following the procedure an intensive,  hydrating and vitamin infused cooling mask is applied. While the mask is on you have the choice of either a hand and arm massage or a scalp massage.  Once the mask is removed a lymphatic drainage massage is done to the face to refresh and revitalise the skin.  To finish serum, moisturiser and spf 50 is applied for post procedure protection.

This treatment is not suitable for clients with cystic acne, reactive/sensitive/rosacea/eczema/psoriasis skin types or people who suffer from PCOS as it may worsen these conditions. 


DERMAPLANE
