Boisdale Wellness is at 4/5 Uigshadder on the Isle of Skye. The Reflexologist, Seonaid McAlpine MAR is a member of The Association of Reflexologists and BABTAC. A consultation with a cuppa or drink of water takes place in the relaxation room before treatments. Seonaid has combined her two favourite treatments of Reflexology and Facials - training with Ziggie Bergman in Facial Reflexology. Seonaid is changing her lifestyle to eat the MIRYCL way. After over 30 years as a veggie she is reintroducing meat & follows The Five Pillars of Healthy Menopause her Tutor Sally Earlam recommends.
