Boisdale Wellness is at 4/5 Uigshadder on the Isle of Skye. The Reflexologist, Seonaid McAlpine MAR is a member of The Association of Reflexologists and BABTAC. A consultation with a cuppa or drink of water takes place in the relaxation room before treatments. Seonaid has combined her two favourite treatments of Traditional Foot Reflexology and Zone Face Lift. Seonaid is changing her lifestyle to age well by eating the MIRYCL way. After over 30 years as a veggie she is eating beef & follows The Five Pillars of Healthy Menopause her Tutor Sally Earlam recommends.
