New experience for me, was very interesting Seonaid was lovely and definitely makes you feel comfortable. 

Combining Traditional Foot Reflexology, ASMR head massage and Bergman Method Advanced Facial Reflexology.  

The treatment begins with a short consultation.

This is your time and your treatment so your reflexologist will take time to position cushions where you need them and recline the couch to an angle you prefer.

A relaxing facial cleanse, which is removed with warm towels and facial oil is applied.  
Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate reflexes on your feet and face to release tension.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

At the end of your treatment Seonaid will leave the room to wash her hands.  This gives you time to come back to the room if you have drifted off.  Seonaid will bring you in a glass of water and leave you to  relax on the treatment couch until you are ready to get dressed.

It is strongly advised to wait twenty minutes before driving.

Face & Feet

This treatment usually results in a healthy facial glow due to increased blood circulation to your face.

Soft silicone facial cupping may help firm and tone your skin and muscles on your face.  It may also improve lymphatic drainage, reduce under eye puffiness, encourage collagen and elastin production.

Facial cupping may help with excess fluid, sinus congestion, headaches and migraines, teeth grinding or scaring.

Soft facial cups shouldn’t hurt or leave marks and most clients find it soothing and very relaxing.  There might be temporary redness on the skin and sensitive skin may bruise.  Arnica will be applied if any bruising does occur and this should fade in a few hours or days.

Zone Face Lift Treatment is a combination of traditional acupuncture and facial reflexology methods using pressure-point massage, ancient body mapping and healing herbs to lift the face and the spirit.  This psycho-spiritual approach is transformative and has its positive focus on ageing well.  

Bergman techniques of advanced facial reflexology, facial cupping, zone face lift tools with face and scalp massage.

Face

Traditional Foot Reflexology is about 55 minutes treatment time and this treatment is on your feet and occasionally lower legs.   (suitable for all clients).  

If required additional moves to support menopause can be added to this treatment.
