Seonaid has combined her two favourite treatments of Reflexology and Facials - training with Ziggie Bergman in Facial Reflexology. Seonaid is changing her lifestyle to eat the MIRYCL way. After over 30 years as a veggie she is reintroducing meat & follows The Five Pillars of Healthy Menopause her Tutor Sally Earlam recommends.
