Both the hands and feet have road maps leading to different areas and organs on the body.  By applying a pressure technique to these areas, your reflexologist can find small deposits and or imbalances in that specific zone.  This helps release the blockages and restore balance to underactive and overactive areas.  I will always keep an open dialogue and share any imbalances or uncomfortable areas I'm feeling within your body.  I also welcome any feedback you have throughout the session.

Women have reported pelvic pains, emotional fluctuations and water retention.  Reflexology can help to relieve those and many more symptoms.
