I am committed to continuously professionally developing and have since trained in a range of further massage techniques. Used for other 2000 years, Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic practice that requires no oils or equipment, making it a very accessible treatment, perfect for newcomers to massage. It is done while seated and through light clothing.
