An in depth consultation looking in to both your natural constitution (dosha/prakriti) and any current imbalances (vikriti), which affect your physical, emotional, mental state. Appropriate lifestyle and dietary advice is given in accordance with your Dosha, and treatments and remedies can be accurately advised in order to regain a healthy balance for your unique constitution. 
"Nadi Chikitsa" the ancient method of Ayurvedic pulse reading will be performed, as well as the three pillers of ayurvedic consultation:
- Darshana (visual analysis)
- Sparshna (analysis through touch) 
- Prasna (in depth questioning of the patient)

I typically do tarot readings in the evenings after I finish with therapy clients and your reading will be provided distantly via phone or audio messages, allowing you to keep the recordings and refer back.

A long renowned Ayurvedic head therapy, encorporating 2 litres of warm medicated oil being gently poured over the brow and head in a continuous flow, inducing deep relaxation.
Calms the mind, treats headache, migraine, sinus issues, insomnia and stress. 

Shirodhara 

Indian acupressure massage, which unblocks key points (marma) in the meridians of the body, which releases key physical ailments, as well as relating to emotional and mental blocks.

'abhyanga' = massage

This treatment can be done seated or laying down. 

A time tested classic Indian Head Massage to relieve stress, tension and provide relief from blocked pressure points in the head and neck. 

ShiroAbhyanga (Indian Head Massage) 

An ayurvedic body massage, using medicated herbal oils to rebalance the energy of each individual client. Ayurvedic abhyanga focuses less on the muscle system and instead on the meridian lines of the body. It focuses on sweeping flowing lines throughout the body at a certain speed, number of repetitions and specific oils based on the individual constitution of each client, known as their 'dosha' in Ayurvedic medicine.
