Hello & welcome to Lara Massage! I run my healing therapies in my home clinic room in Lara where I have lived for over 30 years. Many people ask me what's the difference between relaxation & remedial massage so here's a breakdown. Remedial massage will usually involve a variety of specialised techniques such as trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, myofascial release, deep tissue work & muscle stripping to name only a few. I specialise in neck issues & clients find a lessening in the symptoms from headaches. I also offer other complimentary therapies, for more information contact me.
