Working within JM Sports Massage Sports Massage Therapist and Online Lifestyle Coach based in Liverpool City Centre. With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and extensive experience in massage therapy since 2018, I’ve worked in a Rodney Street clinic and at LIPA, focusing on injury prevention and recovery for dancers in training. Despite the name, sports massage isn’t only for athletes - it’s ideal for relieving everyday aches and pains picked up from a busy lifestyle.
