With over 10 years of experience in the spa industry, physio clinics, yoga retreats and private practice, I am now offering treatments for women from our lovely converted stables in the countryside. With such a varied background my style is unique, using a vast tool box of techniques from deep-tissue, mobilisations, cupping, myofascial release, Lomi Lomi, stretching, & deep relaxation, I listen to your needs and tailor the treatment accordingly. In this classic treatment that gets into those areas, we often feel discomfort, I tailor the style and pressure to suit your needs that day. 
whether you want to feel deep relaxation during and after, or you have a busy schedule and don't want to fall asleep but just need that shoulder worked! we can figure out what works best for you.

enjoy this unique treatment that works the muscles of the face neck and shoulders, focusing on relieving tension that can cause headaches and eye strain. 
This treatment is not your classic facial, as the focus is on the muscles. The skin will benefit secondary from the new blood flow to the area, as well as the natural lymph drainage that occurs in the massage.
I use a basic oil unless otherwise requested. Bringing heat, mobilising and stretching of your neck and shoulders. You will see and feel a positive difference after this treatment.

For those who prefer a deeper pressure on areas causing discomfort, this treatment can be specific to you. You can combine it with slow long massage strokes making it more relaxing. Or more focal If you don't have the time to fully switch off but just need those areas worked!

In this treatment we can focus on a particular area that has been causing you discomfort, I use a variety of techniques including mobilisations, stretches, deep tissue massage, trigger points.

Myofascial cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to create a negative pressure or vacuum over a specific area of the skin. When the cups are placed on the skin, the vacuum created by the cups helps to lift and separate soft tissue and facilitate its release and mobilization. I use this tool in conjunction with massage, finding it effective on really stubborn areas of tension, please note that a detailed consultation would need to proceed with your initial treatment and that this treatment can leave red marks on the skin that can take a few days to a week to disappear depending on your skin type. please feel free to contact me if you have questions around this treatment. 

Myofascial Cupping in conjuntion with massage 

In this deeply calming and therapeutic treatment, we use the hot stone to guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Through the strategic placement of heated basalt stones and slow, rhythmic strokes, this treatment works to soothe the body and mind, improve circulation, alleviate aches and pains, increase joint flexibility, relieve stress, and support lymphatic drainage.

This treatment is for those who want to find deep relaxation; settle their nervous system if you have been experiencing lots of stress; or if you prefer a lighter to medium pressure.

In this treatment, we combine an extended back massage, neck and shoulders, ending with the natural lift facial massage. This treatment will leave you feeling like your muscles have been worked, deeply relaxed and lighter.

in this treatment, we will discuss your needs in the consultation, creating this treatment specific to you on pressure, relaxation, particular areas of discomfort, etc . This, like all my treatments, is bespoke to the client.
