Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based on Rutland Heights in Stamford. Offering Sports Massage treatments from 30mins to 120mins from my home treatment room that can be booked online. Mobile personal training sessions where I can bring equipment to your home in the Stamford area. Also offering gym based sessions from Active Performance Kings Cliffe. Some additional hours are available, if you can't find a time to suit you please feel free to email me and we can try to find a time that suits.
