Hello, I am Karly. I love to help people learn simple ways to heal and thrive. I have personal experience with many health issues including autoimmune.  This experience has taught me the power we all have in our healing process. I would to share this with you!

Saunas raise the core temperature of the body, internally resulting in many health benefits. The red light, near-infrared (NIR) light also penetrates the skin to stimulate mitochondria.

Once you get out of the cold water, your blood vessels open up (known as vasodilation)  This allows oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood to return to your tissues to help remove waste products, such as lactic acid buildup. If left to sit in the muscles, that waste may delay healing.
