Swedish massage involves a range of techniques used to relax and
 rejuvenate the client. 

With pressure and movements adapted for the preferences and aims of
 the treatment, complete physical and mental relaxation will be achieved. 

During the treatment:
    Body oil is applied to the skin and used as the massage medium. 
A range of Swedish massage techniques are performed, including movements of effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and vibrations. 

Back, neck & shoulder massage

As well as using hydrating products to cleanse and moisturise the skin, extractions will be performed to reduce the appearance of blemishes.

The bacial 

Bacial

Add on to any facial (excluding blemish). Replace the mask included in your treatment for one of the Clinicare EGF sheet masks. Icey globes will be used and any massage already included in the facial will be done while the mask is on.

Add on arm & hand massage 

Massage of the scalp using hands and combs. Choose to have this on the back of the head (remaining in the massage position) or flip over to end the massage with a front facing scalp massage.
