Please Read Before Making a Booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment and alone unless discussed and agreed prior to your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your treatment time, but full charges will still apply. If you are more than 10 minutes past your time, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled, but the full charge for the missed appointment will still apply. Cancellations/Rescheduling A 50% charge is payable for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Full charge for same day cancellations.
