Je comprends que le bruit généré par ces personnes a pu vous occasionner une pollution sonore désagréable. Vous avez toujours eu l’habitude d’être reçue dans un cadre calme et raffiné, et je comprends que hier cette situation a malheureusement altéré votre expérience. Cependant, je trouve dommage que vous n’ayez pas pensé à me le souligner tout de suite : en effet, j’étais présente au salon et aurai pu rectifier la situation rapidement. Je ne pense pas que 3 étoiles soient représentatives du travail de Marina.

Marina est toujours très attentive et professionnelle.
Par contre le bruit a l’étage supérieur venant de coiffeur était terrible. J’avais l’impression qu’on faisait absolument pas attention aux autres clients sauf à ce qui était venue se coiffer.
J’avais mal à la tête à la fin. Le calme et l’atmosphère de détente serait la bienvenue.
J’espère beaucoup que cela se fera pour ma prochaine visite.
