A head to toe, luxurious full-body massage. This holistic treatment will take you into a deep state of tranquillity. Using grape seed oil which  is a light and natural oil, it’s easily absorbed into the body allowing all tension to be massaged away. This treatment is ideal if you are feeling stressed, anxious or are having trouble sleeping. 

Holistic massage

This signature treatment includes a soothing eye and lip cleanse followed by a double face cleanse to remove any dirt or grime that has built up throughout the day. A cooling toner is spritzed over the face and neck before the skin is exfoliated to remove any dead skin cells. Scented massage cream is then massaged into the skin to uplift, firm and reduce puffiness from the face. 

Once your face mask has been applied you will then be offered a luxury arm and hand massage to release all the tension or you might opt for a deep foot massage to relieve the weight of the day. I will then remove the mask with warm water and facial buffers. Replenishing facial moisturisers and eye serum will then be applied to leave your skin feeling fresh and revitalised. The perfect self-care treatment to restore that grounded feeling.

The naturally shaped stones are bathed in warm water and worked gently into each body part the heat aiding depth to each body part. Allow the heat and gentle pressure of the massage to ease sore, tight and stressed muscles. The perfect treatment to release tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation for both mind and body.

An indulgent full body massage using heated basalt stones. This includes a deeper hand and foot massage. Your hands will gently be stretched and gently rotated this is perfect for those who work with their hands. Your feet will have the warm stones placed between your toes and gently wrapped with towels. The naturally shaped stones are bathed in warm water and worked gently into each body part the heat aiding depth to each body part. Allow the heat and gentle pressure of the massage to ease sore, tight and stressed muscles. The perfect treatment to release tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation for both mind and body.
