Background:
I am a fully qualified reflexologist from East Coast Reflexology School.
I am a member of Balens and have been practising reflexology since 2015.
My teacher K.Canfor studied reflexology at the Bayly School of Reflexology and studied under Nicola Hall. Nicola Hall is the author of 10 reflexology books including “Reflexology a way to better health” and she is president of the British Reflexology Association. Nicola Hall is one of the best know practitioners in the UK.
I am also qualified in Massage, Facials, Aromatherapy, Cupping & Reiki.

The Ear Seeds have similar benefits to Ear Acupuncture.
The Auricle is the only external point on the body where the Vagus nerve can be stimulated which results in pain relief & potential resolution of illness.
Once the Ear Seeds are applied you can press them several times a day or more when you have pain to enhance their healing benefits however even if you don’t touch the seeds they can still help.
Please note Ear Seeds can not be applied if you have a perforated ear drum; just as a precaution.

The ears have been proven as a brilliant microsystem. Closely linked to Ear Acupuncture stimulating points on the Auricle which originated from China.
Dr Paul Nogier is known as the father of Auriculotherapy and was a progressive physician who worked tirelessly to help his patients and spent 30 years researching the Auricle and Auricular Therapy.
The treatment provided uses a modern Auricular chart which is a combination of the Chinese and European charts.
The Chinese Ear Acupuncture chart is approved by the World Health Organisation.
Please note Auricular Reflexology is not possible if you have an unstable heart condition or Active Thrombosis (DVT)
A very relaxing treatment where the ear is massaged and acupressure points worked on to bring about balance.
