I am a keen club level runner who understands the frustration of struggling with ongoing niggles and injuries. As an ex nurse of 20 years I also understand the stresses and strain’s everyday life takes on our bodies. I offer a range of effective treatments to: • Relieve general muscular aches and pains • Improve flexibility • Reduce stress • Reduce tension • Improve sports performance • Speed up recovery from injury Based from home, I aim to provide an holistic approach to every treatment, tailoring them to each individual clients needs.
