I visited Stelios to treat my very painful frozen shoulder. I was meat with a friendly face and a professional approach. He did cupping, dry needling and massaged my arm. It was quite intense yet needed in order to improve my shoulder mobility. A few sessions later my shoulder mobility is slowly improving and I see a decrease in pain from acute to manageable. I don’t have to take pain killers anymore. I believe that with his help supported by the exercises he recommended I will achieve full recovery. He surely knows what he’s doing in order to help me and recommend his services to anyone.
