Using a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue & Remedial Massage techniques.

Massage benefits include - reducing pain and discomfort, whilst improving the body’s ability to heal itself.

Swedish Massage tends to be lighter in pressure, whilst Deep Tissue Massage is deeper and slower in pressure working on the major muscle groups and underlying stress, knots and tensions.

Sports & Remedial Massage primarily is used to treat localised pain and discomfort, improve muscle recovery, joint mobility & prevent injuries.
