Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge

Transform in the intense warmth and profound cold in our private contrast therapy room, is complete with a custom made cold plunge (3-8°C), low EMF infrared sauna, red light therapy tower and rain shower. 

Each session includes up to 25mins of recovery, and can be booked individually or if you're feeling social you can bring a friend for an additional guest charge of €9.

A towel will be provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

A towel will be provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Contrast Therapy  (Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge)

Harness the power of cold water immersion to lower stress, enhance mental clarity, reduce muscle inflammation, and boost your metabolism. Each session includes up to 15mins of recovery.

An optional guided meditation and assisted breath-work will be available to all guests. A towel will be provided, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please bring along a water bottle as we have a complimentary filtered water refill service available.

Guests must wear a swimming costume in the cold plunge. Our baths are filtered 24/7, cleaned and drained regularly. Please shower before entering the bath.
