2. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the booking deposit.

3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in this case.

The exception are weddings that require min 28 days notice. All online deposits are booking fees which are not refundable,
