10 years experience in specialist Indian Head Massages. I am a mobile masseuse - all you’d need to provide is a chair and pillow for your own comfort. My technique involves a variety of movements, including kneading, stroking, rubbing, and pressure point stimulation, which are applied to areas to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation - balancing the body's energy, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. IHM can be performed whilst seated, and doesn't require the use of oils, although they can be incorporated to nourish the hair and scalp (oil provided)!
