As a Remedial Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist, we offer a comprehensive range of massage services including Remedial, Sports, Pregnancy, and Relaxation Massage. We use a holistic approach to address client's needs including manual therapy techniques, cupping therapy, hot stones, dry needling, muscle scraping, gua sha, taping, and exercise recommendations to achieve both immediate post-session relief and long-term solutions.
