Cyclo-ssage massage bed is a unique system developed to provide convenient and effective relief from a variety of conditions and symptoms, by combining two proven methods: cycloid massage and infrared heat therapy. 
The bed will be set up and tailored to each persons individual needs

 It is a gentle, yet effective, therapy that can help alleviate some of the most common discomforts created by pregnancy, including muscle cramps and myofascial pain in the lower back, neck, hips and legs.

As your body changes during pregnancy, excess stress will be placed upon your lower back, hips, shoulders, neck and abdominal muscles in particular, leading to aches and pains that you may not have experienced before.

During an antenatal treatment, the therapist will use a combination of relaxation massage and deep-tissue manipulation, aimed to rid you of the aches and pains caused by pregnancy-related changes to the body, to promote relaxation.

Pregnancy massage

Kinesiology tape is a thin, flexible tape that helps to aid muscle movement and enhance athletic performance. It is often used to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation and provide support to joints and muscles. 
If you have an sports injury or another type of injury Vikki can apply the sport tape to the problem area to help aid with the recovery process.

This massage is concentrated on the back, neck and shoulder area, specific oils are used to release tension and help soothe tight, sore muscles, which result from wear and tear or incorrect posture. This massage applies pressure to muscles, in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from stressed areas. 
During this treatment a Indian head massage will also be performed Indian head massage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.

A full body massage will involve massaging the entire body, using professional techniques and tailored oils and creams that can help to relieve muscle soreness, promote relaxation, and reduce stress. During this treatment an Indian head massage, will also be performed this focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.
