I do cleansing (both on people and places) I am a reiki master teacher, apart from that, I’m a spiritual life coach where I incorporate astrology and tarot to help gain a holistic background on my clients to help attain their goals.  I also lead guided meditations focused on mindfulness.  I also teach yoga and will soon be offering trauma-informed yoga to help in your healing process.

A typical Reiki session is offered via non-invasive touch. The practitioner's hands hover a series of locations around the body, The placement of hands never touches the client's body and moves freely about 6 inches from the body. Sessions can be in person or can be remote. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.
