Over 14 years experience and ITEC qualified in Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology, with many post graduate diplomas and certificates including Maternity Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. After a 3 year waiting season and break from social media, where all I heard was “rest”; it is finally time to start afresh and bring Selah to you. Very simply put Selah is a Hebrew word meaning to pause & reflect. It is pronounced Say-lah or See-lah.
