I had an excellent sports massage with Suvwe. He is evidently very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to anatomy, mobility and biomechanics. Rather than simply treating the area of discomfort, I focus on how larger muscle groups interact and how dysfunction in one area can refer pain throughout the body.

A rehabilitation session with me goes beyond sports massage by integrating a 4-6 week plan for long-term recovery. While sports massage focuses on immediate relief and muscle health, rehab sessions address movement patterns, pain triggers, and muscular imbalances. I combine hands-on treatment with a structured plan of targeted exercises and movement corrections to ensure lasting results. Rather than just addressing symptoms, I focus on why pain occurs and how to prevent its return. By combining hands-on treatment with structured progression, I guide clients through a process that not only alleviates discomfort but also strengthens and retrains the body for long-term resilience.

Rehabilitation Session

This session focuses on identifying the cause of pain and movement restrictions. I begin with a discussion about symptoms, daily activities, and any previous injuries. Then, I assess mobility, posture, and muscle function to spot imbalances or compensation patterns. The findings help shape a targeted plan to address underlying issues and improve movement.
