Choose 30 minutes for a focused massage targeting one specific area of concern. Opt for 60 minutes for a focused massage targeting 2-3 areas of concern or for a full body general relaxation massage. For a more in-depth targeted massage or a full-body treatment that allows for deeper focus and rejuvenation choose 90 minutes.
