Hi! My name is Rhiann and I am a yoga and dance teacher. If you’re here for yoga.. Namaste! These classes are designed to welcome beginners with open arms as you take the first step on your yoga journey. During my classes, I focus on alignment and posture to maximize the benefits of each asana while also synchronizing breath and movement. If you’re here for the dance side of things… grab those heels and let’s go! These classes will teach you new choreography weekly allowing you to let your hair down, find your inner sass and have fun! *heels for dance classes are optional
