Cancel group appointments
Cancel group appointments
You can manage changes in your calendar or accommodate client requests by canceling group appointments that are no longer needed. Learn how to cancel group appointments.
Cancel the entire group appointment
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Calendar.
- Locate and click on any appointment in the group you want to cancel.
- In the appointment draw click Quick actions (three dots) and select Cancel all.
- For each appointment within the group, select a cancellation reason.
- When prompted, check the box to notify your client of the change.
- Click Cancel appointment to finalize the process.
- From the main menu, go to the Calendar icon.
- Locate and tap on any appointment in the group you want to cancel.
- In the appointment draw tap Quick actions (three dots) and select Cancel all.
- For each appointment within the group, select a cancellation reason.
- When prompted, check the box to notify your client of the change.
- Tap Cancel appointment to finalize the process.
Cancel an appointment added to a group appointment
- Desktop
- Mobile
- From the main menu, go to Calendar.
- Locate and click on the upcoming appointment within the group you wish to cancel.
- In the appointment draw select Actions under the relevant client’s name and then View appointment.
- Click on Quick actions (three dots) and select Cancel.
- Use the dropdown to choose a cancellation reason.
- When prompted, check the box to notify your client of the change.
- Select Cancel appointment to complete your action.
- From the main menu, go to the Calendar icon.
- Locate and click on the upcoming appointment within the group you wish to cancel.
- In the appointment draw select Actions under the relevant client’s name and then View appointment.
- Tap Quick actions (three dots) and select Cancel.
- Use the dropdown to choose a cancellation reason.
- When prompted, check the box to notify your client of the change.
- Select Cancel appointment to complete your action.
Once canceled, the appointment will be removed from your calendar. If a client cancels the appointment online, you’ll also receive a message for this under the Notifications (bell icon).
