Excellent, professional service! As an avid runner, I'm always looking at ways to enhance my recovery, and have been doing everything I can to improve my recovery times, but have been plagued with recurring aches and pains. Beata was very knowledgeable, and after being under a red light for a period of time, she began to work on my legs, glutes and feet to get rid of some of the toxins that had built up from constant training. Afterwards, I felt a lot lighter, and found running today was a lot easier than it had been! Needless to say, I've already booked my next session with B Therapy! :)
