After 3-4 weeks you'll need to book an infill. 
Infills are the healthiest way to grow the nails as it prevents going back down to the natural nail over and over. 
I will remove the bulk of the product, remove any lifted BIAB, cuticles, file, reshape. Then apply structured BIAB, finished with a topcoat, oil and hand cream.
