Following a Swedish massage routine, the session can include focus on areas such as your back, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, neck, and face. Each massage is uniquely tailored to your needs on the day, with pressure preferences checked and adjusted throughout to ensure your comfort.

This massage is designed to provide a deeply relaxing experience, aiming to reduce stress, improve circulation, enhance mood, and promote overall well-being. It combines the therapeutic benefits of massage with the medicinal and sensory properties of essential oils.

You will leave feeling calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

**Please note that depending on the time you book your massage, there may be a class running in the gym. While we will be in a private room, you might hear some music from the main area.**

Aromatherapy Massage - 60min

Enjoy the ultimate convenience of a professional massage in the comfort of your own home.

Set up fee: £10 included (regardless of treatment type or duration). Please allow an additional 15-30min for set up and pack down. 

Travel Surcharge: A surcharge applies based on the total round-trip distance from my home:
Up to 10 miles: No extra charge
10–20 miles: £5
20–30 miles: £10
For distances beyond 30 miles, please contact me for a custom quote. Surcharge details will be confirmed after booking.

Space Requirements: Please ensure there is private and adequate space for a massage couch and a flat surface area. 

Location Details: When booking, please provide your full address In the notes. The F360 gym location will be shown on your confirmation, but please disregard this.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
