Life Event Counselling

When being diagnosed with a new illness, it can be a frightening experience and we can feel alone with no one to talk to.  This session allows you to feel comfortable with someone who is there for you, who will listen to your diagnosis and talk through varies coping mechanisms.

Medical Diagnosis Counselling

This is ideal for couple's going through tough times.  You may be growing apart, or you might even have aspects to the relationship you wish to discuss with someone present, whatever it may be, this would be the perfect session for you.

Couple's Counselling

This is a session ideal for anyone struggling with any kind of addiction.  This doesn't necessarily have to be someone struggling with an addiction to a substance, but any addiction at all.  We talk through your addiction, how you ended up at that point and where we go from there.

Addiction Counselling

These are private one-to-one sessions developed for those struggling with dietary disorders like binge eating, anorexia etc.  Nutritionists help individuals to adopt changes in a healthy and long-term and manageable way.  We can not offer medications or legally prescribe individuals struggling with an eating disorder any meal plans.  We are here to discuss healthy lifestyle and living options and ways of managing thoughts.

Workout plan - plan collection

This is a very detailed workout plan, and covers a lot more than what our workout and meal plan combo does.  This is heavily focussed on fitness goals, and covers 6 weeks of exercises personalised to your levels and goals.  This is unique to each individual with no copy and paste plans as they are created based on what an individuals levels are and what their goals are.  We discuss the plan and go over any queries or concerns, with weekly check ins over the 6 week period all included in the price.  One off fee for a full workout plan (that can be adjusted whenever requested during the 6 weeks), 6 weekly 30 minute check ins (either face-to-face, over the phone, or via zoom/teams call) and a reduced price for a new plan at the end of the 6 weeks!

Life coaching 5 sessions

This involves spending either a half day or full day together.  The session starts off discussing goals and what you want to get out of our sessions before spending the time outside the office.  This could be going on a hike, going for lunch, to a coffee shop, whatever the client wants.  This is great for those individuals who struggle with anxiety around exploring new things and want the extra support to get out there.

Nutrition coaching 5 sessions

Meal and workout plans come as standard with any nutritional appointments, but if you are on a budget or are just looking for very basic support, these plans would be great for you.  After an initial consultation, a personalised meal plan and workout plan will be created based on your requirements.  You can also request a basic plan with no further meeting required.  These are £30 for a one week plan that includes a meal and workout plan that you can repeatedly use.  Upon completion of these plan you can choose the £10 option which allows for me to update your plan at a reduced cost, the £10 plan is only available for those who have had a plan previously.

For anyone seeking a nutritional appointment that also struggles with any allergies, intolerances or medical dietary concerns, this is the appointment for you.

For those who are on a trying to conceive journey, this is the option for you.  For anyone trying to have a child, getting your body prepared, ready and at peak health is the ideal environment for conception.  This plan will involve a consultation and advice and guidance.

TTC nutrition

This is a full family appointment (not all members of the household have to be present).  This appointment discusses the families current lifestyle and nutrition before discussing goals for the future.  A personalised family plan is created and regular meetings scheduled.
