My interest in kinesiology began with “Brain Gym” in dance classes, leading me to explore its benefits further. Since 2005, I’ve worked as a kinesiologist in Darwin and PNG, guiding many towards their health goals. Alongside kinesiology, I offer Pilates mat classes and Australian Bush Flower Essences.
