i was actually expecting this from you . 
first of all  salon is solo trade , i do  the cleaner receptionist and the hairstylist,  , there will be hair in hair salon .when i finish i do thoroughly cleaning ( hope you didn’t get any bug) secondly  you booked t section only hilights ( not blow dry ) make sure next time to book the blow dry.( the express dry it’s 5£ on top ) fringe cut wasn’t  included on price .
you didn’t wanted hi lights you choose to have low lights or lightening with no bleach (colour meshes which i chose two shades ) as to lighten your hair with colour hi lift  meshes it’s only option . 
it wasnt easy  to choose what it’s better to do on your hair taking on consideration you had so much previous colour  on hair ,you didn’t show any unhappy how hair turned up (you did not agree with peroxide smell, if you’re to sensitive  on your circumstances do not book hilights) process of coloring  include peroxide.

I got my hair colored here. The result is okay,but I don’t know much about the dye, so I’ll see how it holds up.

The salon could be cleaner—there was hair on the chair and shelves. I wasn’t shown a color palette, so I wasn’t sure about the final shade. A receptionist could help with bookings, as the stylist had to answer calls during my visit.

Surprisingly, only my bangs were dried. Though I arrived on time, my hair was left wet, and I had to dry it myself. Not sure why the timing didn’t allow for a full service. The stylist did a normal job, but there’s room for improvement.

Lightening the regrouth ( 1-1.5 inch, more than that has costume price )roots by using lightener ( bleach ) mixing with different strength peroxide .  Add £5 for an express dry (50% dry) recommended toning to avoid yellow shades from lightening .
