Holistic Massage - Back/neck & shoulders

This 75 min session takes a more comprehensive approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. Working on every part of the body from the crown of the head to the tips of your toes. 

Using a holistic approach to well-being, the session is tailored to your individual needs to promote deep relaxation, ease muscle tension and work towards your well-being goals. This may include gentle stretching, deep tissue work, trigger point and myofascial release. 
In addition to massage techniques I may incorporate other holistic approaches to enhance your experience. These may include; energy work, guided breathwork and meditation or using  acupressure points.

Full body Holistic massage 

Oncology massage is beneficial for cancer patients, elderly clients, or clients with a health issue that leaves them weak or with reduced energy levels. The massage techniques used are gentle and slow and induce deep relaxation in the body which also helps to calm the mind. Oncology massage is a specialised massage technique adapted to the client's unique state of health. It is a safe and complementary therapy for clients undergoing allopathic treatments for their health issues.

Wonderfully relaxing, the Indian Head Massage is a form of massage therapy created in India thousands of years ago. It is a deep style massage derived from the Ayurvedic tradition that focuses on the head, shoulders, back and neck. 

This session includes a blend of reiki, pressure point work and scalp massage techniques.
