55 minute session
Initial consultation and postural assessment (if required)
Full body sports massage.

This consultation will involve a physical examination to record any biomechanical/postural differences present, 
The limits of your pain-free range-of-movement – 
any special tests that might be needed will also be done at this point. 
This will be then followed by a full body massage.
This will be performed in my clinic.

Appointments booked are reserved and not charged until appointment commenced.

CANCELLATIONS  within 48 hours are charged at FULL PRICE

Sports Massage (55 min)

25 Min appt.
Either a half body/area specific or 
review of previous treatment and assessment then an area massage and reassessment to confirm progress.
This can also be used as a one area only massage.
This will be performed in my clinic.
