Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie! 

Booked in with Abbie due to having lower back pain from work, 30 minutes sports massage later & I feel like a new person. My first ever massage so was a bit reluctant but Abbie is great. Super welcoming! Will definitely be booking in again.

During the appointment we will carry out a detailed assessment to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain. We will then start on some hands-on treatment and create a home exercise plan to get you back to what you love doing most!

You should only book a follow up if you have already had your initial consultation. During your initial consultation, your therapist will have discussed your recovery roadmap and you should have a general idea how long your treatment should take.

A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles. Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries.

Sports Massage

During this treatment, we will go through which areas require treatment and use a range of techniques including a combination of dry cupping, muscle scraping and sports massage to promote ultimate recovery! The benefits include increased range of motion, reduced muscle tension and inflammation, and promotes relaxation in the body.
