Based at Space Holistic Services in Virginia Beach on Thursdays and Fridays, we provide in-office sessions as well as travel to clients on the Southside. Our approach is highly effective for those dealing with physical stress, whether from athletic activities, work strain, or everyday life. By focusing on the fascia as the body's energy web, we help clients release tension, regain mobility, and experience whole-body wellness.
