Indian Head Massage uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck & shoulders. This ancient therapy based on the ayurvedic system of healing has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It stimulates blood flow, lymph & oxygen in the upper body & can relieve sinusitis, stress & aid sleep. This massage is carried out seated in a chair over clothes, it is best to wear a thin t-shirt & avoid anything with a collar, hood or polo neck. It can also be carried out on bare skin using oils. Come with your hair loose & without makeup. 

Indian Head Massage

A wonderfully relaxing treatment recognised as being beneficial for those with sinus conditions, tinnitus, labrinthitis, allergic rhinitis, headaches, migraine & excess ear wax. Facial Reflexology focuses on the reflex areas on the face.  Like foot Reflexology, stimulating these areas on the face can help stimulate the body’s natural capacity to heal.
