Zoom or Telehealth consultation with Lead Nutritionist Charity King. 

This consultation addresses your health and fitness concerns, history and current lifestyle. Personalised nutrition & lifestyle advice will be discussed and clearly explained to you. Advice can include diet and lifestyle recommendations, supplement support and relevant resources. 

To best support your goals, Charity may recommend further support in the form of written plans, meal plans, custom recipes and on-going coaching sessions.

Once you make your booking, you will be emailed an electronic pre-consult questionnaire to complete online 24+ hours prior to your appointment. If you selected ZOOM in your questionnaire, a link will be emailed  to you ahead of time. Please allow yourself 5 min before your session start time to establish connection.
