Treatment good as always. However the area can be a bit noisy when some treatments finish before others. 

Charity gave me a lovely massage this morning. She welcomed me into the massage area, introduced herself and made notes of any of my issues. Charity gave a medium to strong body massage and looked and acted in a professional way throughout. I found the massage to be very relaxing. If anyone reading this wants a good professional massage I can thoroughly recommend Charity. Thank you Charity.

Hand reflexology is so much more relaxing than you might think. 
You use your hands /forearms is a repetitive manner throughout the day and till you experience this treatment you won’t realise how much they ache! 

Hand reflexology

 Only available on dates & times shown in the Friends of Phoenix group email. - Please do not try to book other times and dates as they will have to be cancelled. In addition, as we are a training organisation, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and we may have to cancel appointments.  If this happens, you will be given a voucher to use rather than a refund.  Please do not book unless this is acceptable.
A visual posture analysis will be required so you may wish to wear a swimming costume or shorts 


Swedish Body Massage 

This is classed as a TRAINING session. An hour of treatment using a system of massage to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.
Please do NOT book this service without seeking guidance (enquiries@phoenixhbnt.co.uk) if you are currently undergoing any medical or explorative treatments or have any issues with your feet.
You will be required to complete online consultation forms and receive a telephone call prior to the treatment as part of the therapist's development journey.

Reflexology to support wellbeing

Not suitable if you have either Botox or facial fillers, anyone who suffers from severe acne, or migraine with auras, however, if you suffer from migraines or tension headaches it can also be helpful as it can reduce tension in the neck and shoulders as well as in the facial muscles.

Please be aware that as we are a training organisation, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and we may have to cancel appointments.  If this happens, you will be given a voucher to use rather than a refund.  Please do not book unless this is acceptable.

Mian Dui is a facial ritual that encompasses a lot of different techniques.  Uplifting facial massage, facial reflexology, and crystal work. You will be laying on your back (you will be made comfortable with pillows) for an hour so you may feel this is not for you.
