Conversation was made and also calming music so ensure clients can relax.
I always prepare beforehand, all equipment is sanitized and fresh bedding provided with wax protector bed sheet.  Health and safety regulations are always followed to avoid cross contamination. 
Technique may differ from your previous salon, everyone works differently. 
The moisturiser at the end of the treatment is for you to clean the stickiness as some people may find it uncomfortable if I do this. I do believe there was no hair left and if you found an issue with this you could have spoken to me about it and I would have been more than happy to correct. I did ask if you were happy with your treatment and you said yes. 
I’m sorry you felt dissatisfied and wish you had mentioned so I could have rectified while in the salon. 
Price reflects location. Not quality as I always strive to priced excellent quality for clients.

Salón wasn’t where it is advertised and I spent 30 mins walking looking for it. No bottom sheet on the bed and didn’t see fresh equipment being pulled out (may have been done when not looking, I’m not certain). Very shy girl so not much conversation to ease the (Hollywood) situation. Left sticky from the wax (hands and genitals) but this may be my fault as I’ve never had to assist during a wax, and I may not have wiped myself with the cotton pad correctly after as again I’ve never been asked to. Still had patches of hair but for the price, it’s expected

Good for any type of nails such as brittle, weak etc.. 
BIAB are Hema free, most colours are neutral like nude tones. Can also add a Gel colour. BIAB can also be infilled.

Pre care Advice:
Ensure all shaving is carried out at least 24 hours prior to your Spray Tan, and waxing at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Exfoliate your skin, for 2-3 days is possible, prior to your Spray Tan using an exfoliating body scrub or exfoliating gloves.
Keep your skin well moisturised for 2-3 days prior to your Spray Tan.
Avoid skin care products with contain excessive amounts of oil and/or are oil based. Oil will sit on the surface of your skin and our tanning solutions will not be able to develop to its full potential.

On The Day Of The Appointment:
Please do not apply deodorant, perfumes, make-up or moisturisers 6 hours prior to your treatment or please ensure all of these products are rinsed off with clean water before your Spray Tan.
Arrive for your Spray Tan with dry hair, as wet hair may drip onto your skin and cause an un-even result.
Avoid wearing white, come with loose and dark clothes.
