HAVAH health is founded upon the innate intelligence of the body to heal itself. By working with the body, the all knowing consciousness within you, and the powerful constructs of the subconscious mind, you can work your way back to a place of true health, ease and joy. Sessions contain elements of neuro-muscular retraining, subconscious repatterning and nervous system regulation, bringing your body & mind into a state of calm, strength & equilibrium. Common conditions that may be successfully treated include chronic illness, neuroplastic pain, embodied trauma, depression & anxiety.
