The Salon and treatment room were lovely and staff seemed very friendly. However, I came away from the Head Spa Treatment feeling a bit disappointed given the price. I would have appreciated more communication throughout on what was being applied or done to my scalp/hair, as it felt like a bit of a rush through different tools and methods that to me was a bit jarring/surprising rather than relaxing. I don’t think I would return with the current pricing. 

I had an amazing experience - my first time having a Japanese head spa treatment, Lauren was amazing and I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Will absolutely be back soon!
